Do you ship to PO or APO Boxes?
No we do not ship to PO or APO boxes. We require a physical address to deliver your order.
DO UPS and Fed Ex Guarantee Expedited shipping times?
Shipping times are guaranteed by UPS and Fed Ex to arrive within the specified time. Shipping is not guaranteed when there are weather conditions or mechanical problems beyond UPS or Fed Ex.s control. Unfortunately, this is at their discretion - not ours.
The UPS and Fed Ex Service Guarantee is in effect throughout the holiday season with the following exceptions: Shipments picked up or scheduled to be delivered on Dec. 1 through Dec. 31; and for Air Services shipments, including UPS 3 Day Select shipments, picked up in the U.S. on Dec. 22 through Dec. 24.
How fast do you ship?
Products usually ship within 24-72 business hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If there is a problem with your order, or your item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via the email address you provided with your order.
Can I rush my order?
Most orders ship out the same day, but if your delivery is urgent, please briefly explain your circumstance in the customer comments box found at checkout. We will make every effort to help expedite for urgent situations.

Once my item has shipped, when will it arrive?
UPS Overnight - next business day, end of day (5 PM) - Orders usually ship within 24-72 business hours. If you want an order to arrive the next business day, you must have the order placed by 12 noon CDT and the goods must be in stock. To verify the order will arrive the next business day, please call customer service at 800-821-9872.
UPS 2 Day Air - does not include the day it is shipped - Orders usually ship within 24-72 business hours.
UPS 3 Day Express - does not include the day it is shipped - Orders usually ship within 24-72 business hours.

Below, please find an estimate of the number of business days (Monday - Friday.) UPS or Fed Ex Ground will take for your shipment to arrive. We've found this to be 95% accurate. Holidays and the Christmas season may take longer. We normally take only 24-72 hours to process and ship your order (Monday - Friday), so add another day or two for processing and you can get a very good idea of when the package will reach your door.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico?
When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, we offer Priority Mail. Shipping Prices can be found at checkout.
How do I ship to multiple addresses?
If you'd like items sent to different address, you must place separate orders for each address.
Can I refuse the package?
If orders shipped via UPS Ground (that Waechtersbach has paid the shipping on) are refused by the customer, shipping charges (to and from recipient) and any other fees applied by UPS or Fed Ex, will be passed along to customer.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our site, and click Add to Cart when you see an item that you like. When you're finished click Cart in the top right corner of the screen, and then click the Secure Checkout button. Feel free to use our Secure online ordering. Why do you need my e-mail address?
When do you charge my card?
Credit cards are not processed until orders are ready to ship. If item(s) on your order are not in stock, your card will not be charged until the product has come in and is ready to ship. We will ship immediately what is available and keep out of stock items on backorder and ship when available. There will not be additional shipping charges for 2 or more shipments due to out of stock inventory.

Damaged or Defective Items
What if I received a damaged item?
In the unlikely event that you receive a broken item you must contact us within 5 business days at 1-800-821- 9872 or email us at email@example.com. We will send a replacement within 1 to 3 business days.
What if I receive a defective items?
In the unlikely event that your item is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase at 1-800-821-9872 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship a replacement with 1 to 3 business days.
